Additions:Scribbles and doodles by a different hand on fols. 17r, 18r, 48r, 49v, and front flyleaf (ii). Traces of scribbles by the same hand are visible in some other leaves (e.g. fol. 2r).

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 415: inscribed with his name on fols. 1r, 18r, 47v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v; date of accession 26 March 1928: inscribed on fol. 49v.
