ff. 1r-9vTitle: סדר סליחות לפורים: פרודיה היתוליתTitle: Seder seliḥot le-Furim: parodyah hitulitThe date given on the title page is hard to interpret, maybe ficticious. Amsterdam as the place of publication is probably also fictitious.
Fol. 1r is a title page: "סדר סליחות לפורים כי מנהג פולין פיהם מעהרן אשכנז והם מסודרים באופן נאה ונכונה כדי שנוכל לאמרם בכונה ובזכות זה נזכה לאכול ולשתות ברננה אמן. נדפס פה אמשטרדאם בשנת שתו שכרו וקירו לפ"ק ".
