The date given on the title page is hard to interpret, maybe ficticious. Amsterdam as the place of publication is probably also fictitious.

Fol. 1r is a title page: "סדר סליחות לפורים כי מנהג פולין פיהם מעהרן אשכנז והם מסודרים באופן נאה ונכונה כדי שנוכל לאמרם בכונה ובזכות זה נזכה לאכול ולשתות ברננה אמן. נדפס פה אמשטרדאם בשנת שתו שכרו וקירו לפ"ק ".

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 110: inscribed with his name on fol. 1r; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 15 September 1927: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)r.
