Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 237: inscribed with his name on fols. 1br, 156v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v: date of accession 15 February 1928: inscribed on fol. 157v.
