Sometimes correction has been done by the scribe removing a folio and leaving a stub (e.g. between ff. 48 and 49).

Ff. 1v-37v and 87r-88r: Ismail b. Salih, Danfi family, dated 1884 (1302 AH).
Ff. 38v-86v: Abraham b. Ishaq, the priest.

Islamic flap binding, red marble paper covers with cloth spine, tight-back.

Ff. 38, 87-88 are a later addition on a different type of paper, by a different hand.

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 1122; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 16 November 1931: inscribed on fol. 88v.
