- The material is in the form of paper based records and photographs. It consists of the constitution of Nyasaland African Congress (NAC); minutes of Nyasaland African Congress meetings; Pictures of the late Aleke Banda who was one of the most well known politicians appointed in the first Malawi Cabinet by Kamuzu Banda, and also served as a Minister during both the one party and multiparty era in Malawi. The file also contains four volumes of Malawi News publications by the NAC. This Material dates back to 1943.
