Apam.= abbreviation of the names of three North-Italian towns: Asti, Fossano, and Moncalvo, in Piedmont.

With occasional Italian marginal notes: 'si dice' (fol. 10r); 'non si dice' (fol. 6r), etc.

Very fragile leaves: iron gall ink corrosion, especially in the first half of the MS: fols. 2-93.

Running title and possibly Hebrew foliation in the upper margin have been partially trimmed off.
