This volume contains a treatise on diverse aspects of Sunni doctrine, ethics, and jurisprudence. No title or author's name are given in the text. At the top of f 1v, on a strip of paper user to repair the folio, is an inscription reading Haza kitabü'l-Kadızade, but there is no evidence available to support this attribution, such attributions to Kadızade being quite common.
The text of the work is divided into numerous untitled sections. Various authorities are cited and quoted; most of them are Ottomans. Among the more interesting sections are those concerning tobacco (ff 30v-43v) and coffee (ff 43v-46r). The manuscript also contains a few brief religious tracts at the end.
The contents of the work are: main text (ff 1v-134r); Otuz farzleri beyan eder (ff 134v-135r); Haza dua-yı iman tefzili (ff 135v-137r); Sifat-i iman (f 137r); a brief instructional text on Islamic doctrine in mesnevi form, headed 'Kadızade' (ff 137r-v); Haza dua-yı iman icmali (ff 137v-138r); a summary of the articles of faith, which is incomplete at the end (ff 138v-142r).
There are also scribbled prayer formulae and other notes on ff 1r, 142r-143v, as well as the word 'vakıf' on f 58r.
Some of the folios in the volume have been repaired.
This manuscript was copied by Mehmet İbn-i Himmet ül-Arpazi and is dated Rebiülevel 1081 AH (July-August 1670 CE).
