ff. 1r-261vTitle: MaḥzorTitle: מחזורThe direction on folio 223r, col. 1 shows that there was another volume of the manuscript to complete the services for the year's festivals.
There are many additions and notes in the margins, especially comments on piyuṭim (e.g. folio 2r, 3v), variant readings, alternate modes of pointing, and directions as to the special ritual in case a festival falls on Sabbath (e.g. folios 18r, 25r, 44r).

Vertical catchwords at the end of the quires, partly cut away.

Defective at the beginning and at the end.
Margins too closely cut.
