ff. 1r-12vTitle: Tefilot ṿe-seder teḳi῾ot le-yamim nora᾿im ῾im kaṿanotTitle: תפלות וסדר תקיעות לימים נוראים עם כונותA treatise on the shofar blasts of Menahem Azariah da Fano, followed by kabbalistic notes on other portions of the services for the New Year's feast and the Day of Atonement.
On folio 11r begins a part dealing with the custom of 'tashlikh': "נוהגים באשכנז לילך ביום א' של ר"ה אחר תפלת המנחה אל הים".
