There is a number of marginal notes and explanations, including the Commentary of Levi ben Gershom (folio 76r).
Folio 1r contains two geometrical demonstrations.
The translator's colophon is given on folio 178r, immediately followed by the scribe's colophon.

12 quires of mostly 16 leaves each. Of the last quire only three leaves have been used. Small vertical catchwords at the end of quires.
