Watermarks on folio 2 and back flyleaf (i). The first watermark is a hand, the second watermark is a vase with a crescent at the top and a monogramm (CO?), similar to [Heawood_1950] 3603 (dated to 1646, England).Flesh side and hair side are distinguishable.
Hard-point ruling is visible.
The bibilical verses are given in square script, accentuated and punctuated.

Small Sefardi square and semi-cursive script, with visible Italian influences. Probably of 15th century.

Probably censored by Hippolite of Ferrara, Franciscan: inscribed 'Fra Hipp. Ferr 1601(?)' (active 1590-1609 in Cremona?) (folio 146v), see [Popper_1969] 18-19, 93.
Giovanni Domenico Vistorini: inscribed 'Gio. Dom. Vistorini 1609' (folio 146v), see [Popper_1969] 85-87.
Avram Shtern, inscribed in a note, folio 1r.
A partly erased owner's note, folio 1r.
Purchased of Rodd (?), perhaps Thomas Rodd the younger (b. 1796, d. 1849): inscribed with a date of 13 April 1839, folio 1r.
