Collation
6 quires: i-v8(folios 1-40), vi8+1(folios 41-49).
No catchwords, but at the end of each quire the first word of the following quire is written in a truncated form.

Slightly damaged by damp.

Hair-side and flesh-side of the folios are not distinguishable.
Many marginal illuminations and illustrations, which consist mainly of gold and coloured letters and designs.
Hand(s)
Ashkenazi square and Ashkenazi semi-cursive script, main text punctuated, commentary not punctuated, of mid-15th century. Yoʾel ben Shimʻon Feibush, illuminator: inscribed with his name in the colophon (folio 48v).
