Unfoliated blank leaves after folio 12 and 448. Hebrew foliation from folio 13 starting with alef, that is, 1 until folio 124 (Hebrew folio 113). Hebrew foliation restarts on folio 125.

Mosheh Aḳrish: inscribed with his name in the colophon, 1448 or 1498 (folio 429v: date in the colophon has been partially erased and rewritten. Originally it may have been 5258, that is 1498, and not 5208, that is, 1448.)
Additions:The margin of folios 2v-10r and 430v embodies the Song of Songs, Ruth, Psalms 1-5 and the beginnings of Psalm 89.
Binding
Post-1600. Red morocco binding with gauffered edges, the arms and motto of Theodore Williams on the front and back covers.

Samuel ben ...: inscribed with his name in the colophon as a later correction (folio 429v). See comment in the sale catalogue of Bibliotheca Sussexiana, [Pettigrew_1827] , according to which this manuscript 'has been taken out of the Vatican by Junot.'
The Reverend Theodore Williams of Hendon, c. 1824: his motto Deus alit me ('God sustains me') above his armorial shield of a fess, 3 crescents, 3 birds, and a bird on top of the shield (front cover), and the monogram 'TW', and the motto (back cover).
Prince Augustus Frederick (b. 1773, d. 1843), Duke of Sussex: his armorial book-plate, inscribed, back flyleaf (iii)v; his sale 31 July 1844, lot 102: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v;, purchased by the British Museum through Thomas Rodd the younger (b. 1796, d. 1849), for £34.10.
