Yeḥiel Foah, inscribed with his name on folio 293v: זה החומש עם ההפטרות ותלים משלי איוב וה' מגילות של היקר כמר' יחיאל פואה יצו' אחרי חלוק האחי' ... ה' למען חסדיו יזכהו להגות בו הוא וזרעו וזרע זרעו עד סוף כל הדורות אכיר'.
Partially erased Hebrew inscription, folio 294v, with tan oath and the names of five witnesses, dated 251 (1491).
Shemu᾿el of Pula(?), inscribed with his name on folio 1v, with a list of his sons (faded ink).
Anonymous censorial note is given on folio 294v: Io fra luigi lo uidi del 1599.
