ff. 1r-140vTitle: Sefer ha-mitsṿotTitle: ספר המצותFolios 3-11 contain an index of the mitsṿot in their numerical order. A note on the margin of folio 11r states that the last 80 entries have been omitted by the scribe, because they were missing in the codex from which he copied.
Folio 128-129 contain an index of the mitsṿot in the order in which they occure in the parashayot of the Pentateuch.

Eli'ezer bar Yehudah ha-Rofe of L'Aquila: inscribed (folio 1r).
A contract of sale, folio 140r, of the present manuscript by Refa'el ben Yitsḥaḳ ha-Rofe of Rieto to the heirs of Mosheh ha-Rofe of L'Aquila.
Several censor's erasures, by Andrea del Monte (active in the second half of the 16th century), inscribed (folio 139v).
Thomas Rodd the younger (b. 1796, d. 1849): purchased from him by the British Museum on 18 January 1845, sale lot 295: inscribed (folio f. 140v ).
