5 quires of 10 leaves: i-v10.
Singatures in Hebrew characters and/or graphic marks (two dots) at the end of most of the quires (Except quire ii: signature on f. 11v). Catchword on every verso.
Condition
Usage stains.
Water damage, iron gall ink corrosion.
Most of the leaves are fixed; a few leaves are lined with silk gauze (e.g. ff. 82, 91, 111-113).

'Purchased from Messrs Bernard Quaritch Ltd. 12 April 1938': inscribed on back flyleaf (i)v. The Ltd was founded by the German-born bookseller Bernard Quaritch (1819-1899). Date of accession 18 May 1938.
