Musaf starts on folio 12r (also the same as in Or. 42).
The portions missing after folio 21 and 26 are written in the margin in cursive Ashkenazi script.

Catchwords at the end of the quires, some of them trimmed away.

Leaves missing after folio 21, 26, 126, 167.

Visible pricking and plummet ruling.
Initial words written in larger characters. Some of them highlighted with red ink (e.g. folio 105v, 167r).
Hair side and flesh side are hardly distinguishable.
