Elḥanan Ḳerami bar Ḥanama᾿el (?) Natan Ḳerami, Yehudah Nag᾿ani (?), Shemu᾿el Malakh Avraham Modena: inscribed (folio 2r).
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), Italian bibliophile: his manuscript no. 231: inscribed, back flyleaf (xii)v; 322 Hebrew manuscripts were acquired from his library in October 1865 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum 1841-1853.
