ff. 1r-212vTitle: Or yaḳar (Raʿaya mehemana)Title: אור יקר (רעיא מהימנא)The volume contains gate 1 (folio 2r), 2 (folio 58r) and 3 (folio 135v). It begins with folio 114r of the Zohar (volume 2, in Mishpaṭim).
The text of the Zohar is given on the inner part of a page where it occurs, and the commentary is written in continuous order on the top, bottom, and outer side of the page.
Thre are marginal notes in an Italian cursive hand of apparently the 17th century on folios 2v-5r.

Italian semi-cursive and cursive scripts of the second half of the 16th century. Ya῾aḳov Pogeṭṭi: inscribed with his initials, folio 2r, and with his name, folio 212v.
Additions:Folio 1r-1v contain a list of commandments treated in the volume.
Folio 2r: a scribal entry within an oblong design.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 132: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed, back flyleaf (iii)v.
