The text seems to be incomplete. Part 1 begins on folio 4r, and part 2 on folio 27r.

Censored by Gio[vanni] Dom[eni]co [Carretto?], Italian censor (active 1600-1624): inscribed with his name, 1602 (folio 211v); see [Popper_1969] 100-101, and appendix § 80-84.
Censored by Cristoforo[...]: inscribed with his name, 1592 (folio 2r).
Yehudah ben Mordekhai of Blanis: inscribed, folio 3v.
Folios 206r-212r contain a series of entries recording the preformance of berit milah on various occasions, and the birth of children. Some of the entires are in Italian.
Folio 2r contains a list of names for kadish prayer, in Italian semi-cursive script of the 16th century.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 122: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin bookseller and dealer to the British Museum: inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
