Folios 226r-231v contain a commentary on Hosea, partially written in a different hand (folios 230-231).
The commentary on Genesis begins on folio 4r; on Leviticus, folio 232r; Tosafot on the pericope Tsaṿ and others of Leviticus, folio 416v.
There are a number of lacunae in the extant parts, e.g., at the end of folio 63 and 200 (marked by the scribe).

Luigi da Bologna, a converted Jew working for the Inquisition as censor (active 1590-1609): inscribed with his name as censor: 'Visto per mi F. Luigi da Bologna del 1600' (folio 429v). See [Popper_1969] 104, and appendix § 112-117.
Censored by Giovanni Domenico Carretto, Italian censor (active 1600-1624): inscribed with his name, 1619 (folio 428v); see [Popper_1969] 100-101, and appendix § 80-84.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 111: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
