The beginning of Parashat Bereshit and the end of Deuteronomy (from the middle of Parashat Re’eh) are missing.
Ff. 24, 34-35, 142-143, 194, 201-202, 226, 234, 236-237, 239, 248, 279 added later, at the beginning of the 19th century to complete the missing parts of the text. They were added most probably by Ḥayim ibn Yaḥya ibn Salam el-Aziri (his seal impression on some of these leaves see provenance).

'Purchased of Rabbi Moses Wertheimer 22 Nov. 1938' (back flyleaf (iii)r). Date of acqusition 14 January 1939 (date in MS is mistakenly given as [19]38): inscribed on back flyleaf (i)r.
