M. Gaster identifies the manuscript with Bet Zevul by Eleazar ben Joshua Bonfils Crescas, of which several copies and fragments are noted in the E.N. Adler catalogue (Catalogue of Hebrew manuscripts in the collection of Elkan Nathan Adler (Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1921).

Parallel Hebrew foliation in ink, which jumps from f. 69 to f. 80, but the text is continuous.
