At the end of the manuscript is a riddle-poem under the name of Yaʿaḳov, bearing the acrostic signature of this name. begins with ידיד נפשי לך אגיד צפונות.

Collation
Indeterminable due to too tight binding, but the arrangment of paper and parchment leaves suggests that the innermost and the outermost leaves of the quires being parchment.
Catchwords on some of the leaves.
Condition
Numerous paper leaves have been fixed, patched.
F. 1 is very damaged.
Water damage, usage stains.
Text in places has faded away, barely legible (e.g. f. 82v).
