ff. 1r-157vTitle: ResponsesTitle: שאלות ותשובותComposed of 180 entries, 35 of which refer to difficult passages in Maimonides' Mishneh Torah.
Folios 155v-157v contain a table of contents, which does not agree with the numbering of responses in the text.
In a few cases the signatures of the author (דוד ן' שלמה) was copied out by the scribe (e.g. responses 3-5).

Origin: 1700-1799 18th century ItalyProvenance and Acquisition
Folio 1r: a date of 5548 (1788) written in a large semi-cursive script, on the top of the page.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 86: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed, folio [159v].
