The volume contains 73 chapters, from chapter 36 on redacted by Nathan ben Reuven Shapira, with his comments, and additional glosses by Benyamin ha-Cohen, Moses ben Mordecai Zacuto, Jacob Zemah and others.
Folio 137v-139v contain notes on metempsychosis by Moses ben Mordecai Zacuto.
Folio 139v-158r contain Menahem Azariah of Fano's notes on metempsychosis under the heading ῾Inyane gilgulim, with an alphabetical index at the end.
ff. 158r-162vTitle: Peri ῾ets ḥayimTitle: פרי עץ חייםContains only part four of the treatise, Sha῾ar ruaḥ ha-ḳodesh and Sha῾ar ha-nevu᾿ah (beginning on folio 161r).
