ff. 1r-19vTitle: Kelale midot AharonTitle: כללי מדות אהרוןThis part of the manuscript has been most probably written by Samuel Elisha Portaleone himself (see his note after the title).
Blanks are left after most of the 13 midot.
Folio 19r contains a short piece on the last of the 14 midot.
Folio 19v contains a kabbalistic note, beginning 'botsina de-ḳardinuta'.
ff. 20r-294vTitle: Tiḳune ha-RifTitle: תקני הרי"ףThis part of the manuscript contains only a fragment of Tiḳune ha-Rif, the first five parts being in the handwriting of Solomon Portaleone.
The treatise on Bava ḳama begins on folio 20r, on Bava metsi῾a - folio 75r, on Bava batra - folio 180r, on Sanhedrin - folio 231r, on Makot - folio 245r, on Shevu῾ot - folio 265r.
Folio 164r-179r contain additional explanation (in a different hand) on Halakhah de-ḳama and Shevu῾ot.
On the margins of folio 20, 22 and 23r there are notes from Tumat yesharim, copied by a different hand.

Shemu᾿el of Sha῾ar Arieh: inscribed, folio 20r. Folio 264v contains the same former owner's note (written twice) in Hebrew in a romanized transcription, stating that the manuscript was bought from Solomon Foa.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), Italian bibliophile: his manuscript no. 10; 322 Hebrew manuscripts were acquired from his library in October 1865 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153): inscribed, [296v].
