Title page (f. 1r): על שגיונות נפלו בדפוס הי"ד החזקה להרמב"ם ז"ל אשר עליו כסף משנה תורה ....נראה פה בק"ק אמשטילרדאם ח"י לחדש שבט שנת ה' מלך ת'ג'ל' הארץ לפ"ק.
Compiled by Yosef ben Yaʿaḳov ibn Danon (who settled in London at the end of the 17th century) in Amsterdam in 5433 AM, that is, 1673 CE. A revised copy made by the author in 5451 AM, that is, 1691 CE.

This copy appears to have been made in or before 1693 by Nethanel Sarfati (see his signature on f. 64v, which resembles the writing of this part of the manuscript). See E. N. Adler, Jewish Chronicle June 28, 1895 (this article mentions a second copy of the Sheloshah śarigim, which was at one time in the Library of Sir Julian Goldsmid, then passed into the possession of Asher I. Myers).

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 37: inscribed with his name (stamp) on ff. 1r, 64v; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924: inscribed on back flyleaf (ii)v; date of accession 14 July 1927.
