ff. 3r-61vTitle: Otsrot ḤayimTitle: אוצרות חייםIncomplete. Folios 3r-61v contain Derushe Adam ḳadmon as they appear in Sefer Otsrot Ḥayim.
Contains additions and glosses by Moses ben Mordecai Zacuto (marked as Ḳol Rama"z), Beyamin ha-Kohen and Nathan ben Reuben Shapira. The heading on folio 1 suggest that the work was written by a student of Nathan Shapira.

Folios 138-139: contain part 2, chapters 19 to 29, of More nevukhim, in Shemu᾿el Ibn Tibbon's translation (originally part of a different manuscript, parchment, written in Sefardi semi-cursive of the 15th century).
