Shelomoh bar Avraham of Carpi (?) and Yo᾿av Eliyah bar Yo᾿el of Korio (?): inscribed in a contract of sale, dated 18 Tishri [5]223 (1462), signed by Binyamin bar Shelomoh and Ele῾azar bar Avraham Fo᾿ah as witnesses (folio 221v).
Yo᾿av Shemaryah of Korio bar Menahem Emanu᾿el and the heirs of Natan᾿el Norzi, inscribed in a contract of sale, dated 9 April [5]263 (1503), witnessed by Mordekhai Shelomoh Galigo (Galiko?) and Shemu᾿el bar Mordekhai (folio 222r).
A note of sale, dated [5]427 (1667), folio 222r.
Censored by Giovanni Domenico Carretto, Italian censor (active in the first quarter of the 17th century): inscribed with his name, 1617 (folio 221r); see [Popper_1969] 100-101, and appendix § 80-84.

Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile his manuscript no. 2; his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum through Asher & Co. in October 1865 for £1,000 through Adolphus Asher (b. 1800, d. 1853), Berlin bookseller and dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
