Hair side and flesh side are distinguishable.

The first words of the text are written in red ink and the numbering of the Psalms in the margins is also mostly in red.

Italian semi-cursive script, unpunctuated.

Additions:

Folio 2r contains entries of birth of two daughters of certain Yosef ben Yeḳuti᾿el, previous owner, dated 298 (1538).

Folios 139r, 139v: a fragment of piyuṭim, on vellum, probably of 14th century.

Ya῾aḳov ben Yeḳuti᾿el: inscribed, folio 2r.
