Folio 2r: a notice of the presentation of the manuscript by ῾Azariah Ḥayim ben Sanguinetti to Yosef ῾Azulai, in cursive Sefardi script.
Yitsḥaḳ Leṿi: inscribed in an Italian cursive scipt (folio 2r).
Censored by Dominico Irosolomitano, Italian censor (active in the last quarter of the 16th and first quarter of the 17th century): inscribed with his name, 1597 (folio 130v); see [Popper_1969] 61, and appendix § 62-74.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 28: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153).
