Folios 158r-161v contain some portions of Leviticus and Deuteronomy, but the last two leaves are mutilated, the first two are damaged.

Collation
16 quires of 10 leaves each, marked by catchwords or signed with Hebrew letters at the end.
The quires are also numbered with Arabic numerals on the left upper corner and Arabic figures and Hebrew letters at the right-hand upper corner at the beginning of the quire.
Condition
Most of the folios are mutilated or damaged, restored later on paper.
