Mentions the places: Hamburg (e.g. f. 5), Leipzig, the state of Bohemia (מדינת פיהם) and the community of Prague.
Printed leaves from the calendar of the year [5]494 (in 1733/4), which was printed in Sulzbach, are bound between the leaves of the manuscript.
