Includes among others: on Passover and the order of the Haggadah with its mystical intentions (kaṿanot) by Isaac Luria, Mishnayot (Pesaḥim, Betsa, Rosh ha-shanah, Sukah) and excerpts from the Zohar.

Compiled and written by Solomon ben Isaac Aluf at Livorno, 5505 AM (=1745 CE).

Erased ownership inscription by Yaʿaḳov Aryeh ben R. Ḥayim Mordekhai on front flyleaf (i)r: שייך לי יעקב אריה בן ר' חיים מרדכי ז"ל

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 13; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 6 July 1927.
