A birth record of the son of Ibrahim ibn Yusuf, inscribed on folio 193v, with a date of Adar1781 (1470).
A purchase note in Judeo-Arabic, folio 194v.

Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), an antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Museum from him on 13 December 1879, inscribed [195v].
