Collation
Originally 14 quires, each of 12 leaves. Currently the first, parts of the second and fourteenth quires are missing.
Quires are marked by Hebrew letters on the last page, as well as by Hebrew signatures at the beginning, of which only few have been preserved.
Condition
Several stained pages, some being also a little damaged.

Masorah magna on the Pentateuch and the Scrolls generally in two lines of the upper and three lines of the lower margin.
The weekly sections marked with פרש' in the margin, a continuous enumeration of 54 sections being added in Hebrew letters.
The commandments written in the margin or between the column where they respectively appear.
No pricking currently visible. Ruling with hard point on the hair-side of folios.
Hand(s)
Sefardi square scrip of the 15th century. Moshe (ben Ya῾aḳov) Zabarah, his name inscribed with another hand on folio 103v: ספרא רבא בישראל גדול שמו הרב הקדוש שמו נודע בישראל להלל' אדונינו כמוהרר משה זאברה זיע"א אשרי איש יחזיק בזה הספר ויהיה בבית גנזיו והיתה לבני ישראל למשמרת לדרתם' להגיה ממנו' ספר תורה משה ע"ה: וזכות הרב תגן עליו ועל זרעו אכי"ר.
