The two verses which are omitted in the printed text of the Bible after Joshua 21:35 are contained in this manuscript. with a marginal note: אלו שני הפסוקים אינם כתובים בהללי ולא בספר בבלי (written in the same hand as the owner's note on folio 2r).

Vellum codex of probably 14th century.Form: codexMaterial: parchmentExtent: 215 foliosDimensions (leaf): 198 × 152 mm.Foliation:215 folios (+ 2 unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning of the manuscript, 1 after folio 5, 1 after folio 208 and 2 at the end of the manuscript).
The Hebrew foliation shows that the first extant leaf was originally the 17th.
Collation
27 extant quires mostly of 8 leaves, but the codex is missing 16 pages at the beginning and several pages throughout the manuscript.
Quires are marked with catchwords on the last page of the quire.
Condition
A number of leaves are missing, folios 41 and 115 are mutilated.

The books of Leviticus (f. 42r) and Kings (f. 178r) begin a new leaf, and between the other books there is a blank of four lines.

Musa ibn Sulaiman ʻIraḳi, inscribed with his name on folio 2r, attesting that the manuscript is a property of ʻImrān: מוסי אבן סלימאן עראקי יצו' אן אלכתאב חק עמראן יצו.
Nic. Mavrocordato: purchased by the British Museum from him on 08 October 1881: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
