The text is provided with the superlinear punctuation, with the exception of the book of Lamentations (folio 28r sqq.) and the biblical verses at the head of the services, which have the sublinear punctuation.

The liturgical directions are partly in Arabic in Hebrew characters and partly in Hebrew.

The services are very largely only indicated by directions.
