Contains midrashic expositions on the pericopes and haftarot of Genesis as used in Egypt, and largely agreeing with the Italian order. Includes portions assigned to feasts and fasts.

Together with Or Ms. 67-70 embodies a large number of legendary stories, reminding of Koranic literature.
