Collation
i9: folios 1-9 (incomplete, the first leaf cancelled); ii10: folios 10-19, iii9: folios 20-28 (one leaf lost); iv-xiv10: folios 29-138; xv14-2: folios 139-150 (last two leaves lost).
Catchwords at the end of the quires as well as the enumeration in Hebrew letters at the beginning nearly entirely preserved.
Condition
Imperfect at the beginning and at end.
Some leaves damaged.

Ḥanana᾿el bar Shemu᾿el: inscribed, folio 1r.
Yeshayah Yosef: inscribed in a note, which states that the manuscript was left as a deposit in the house of Mosheh Daṿid: folio 1r.
A. Lipschütz: purchased from him by the British Museum on 13 March 1869: inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
