ff. 1r-183vTitle: Zohar (Idra raba ṿe-Idra zuṭa)Title: זהר (אדרא רבא ואדרא זוטא)Idra raba begins on folio 8r, and Idra zuṭa on folio 81r.
There are a number of variant readings within the lines of the text, and occasional marginal notes.
Folio 1-7 and 118-120 contain various Arabic notes (partly incomplete and partly repetitions of each other), mostly relating ot the transmission of gold by one person to another). Among the names appearing in those notes are: Yosef Balkhir, Yosef Gozlan, David Levi Baram, Yeshayah Levi Balnasi.

Folio 3r-7r: a letter, dated Algiers, 25 Nisan [5]570 AM (1810 CE), sent by Daṿid Leṿi Bar᾿am to his brother, Ḥayim; Oriental cursive script.
D. Bolleli: purchased from him by the British Museum on 17 June 1902: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
