Sir Hans Sloane: baronet, physician and collector (b. 1660, d. 1753): in his collection; acquired by the British Museum in 1753. English inscription citing the Catalogue of the Sloane Manuscripts (on a paper slip glued to folio 41v).
Note by Frederic Madden: "See another copy of this work, similarly written and ornamented, MS Add. 18724. F.M." (folio 41v).
