ff. 1r-89vTitle: ḤidushimTitle: חדושיםThe work might have been written by a contemporary of Nahmanides. The work quotes several rabbinic authorities, including Shelomoh ben Aderet, Shimshon of Sens, Alfasi, Yitsḥaḳ Abba Mari and Maimonides.
Of the novellae on the last chapter, only a small portion has been copied.
Folio 1, which is vellum, and belongs to the 12th or 13th century, contains a fragment of a tractate Berakhot (part of folio 34 in the printed editions).

Shemu᾿el Casani (?): inscribed in a note of sale, folio 1r.
Giuseppe Almanzi (b. 1801, d. 1860), bibliophile; his manuscript no. 237: his library including 322 medieval Hebrew manuscripts were purchased en bloc by the British Museum in October 1865 for £1,000 through Asher & Co., Berlin dealer to the British Museum (see [Paisey_1997] 131-153: inscribed, back flyleaf (i)v.
