Avraham, Zekharyah and David ben Shelomoh ben David at-Ṭabīʻah, inscribed in the colophon, folio 138v.

Lulwah (?) bat Ḥasan at-Ṭabīʻah and Ibrahim ibn Da'ud, inscribed in the contract of sale with a date of 22 Sivan 165 (1654) and the names of three witnesses; in Judeo-Arabic, folio 138v.

A list of previous owners' names, undated, folio 1r.

Moses Wilhelm Shapira (b. 1830, d. 1884), a antiquities dealer of Jerusalem: purchased by the British Library from him on 24 November 1877: inscribed, back flyleaf (ii)v.
