The notes on folio 1r are now only partly legible.
From the entry on the top of the page it appears that the manuscript once belonged to a synagogue.

18 quires: i8 (folios 1-8), ii-xvii10 (folios 9-168), xviii10-1 (folios 169-177), marked with Hebrew letters at the end and Arabic words at the beginning.
Condition
Slightly stained.
A few leaves damaged at the beginning and the end of the volume.
