Chapters 6 and 7 of Tamid form a single chapter here, and chapters 4 and 5 of Midot were also originally one chapter, the heading 'Chapter five' on folio 174r having been added later.

The notes on folio 1r are now only partly legible.

From the entry on the top of the page it appears that the manuscript once belonged to a synagogue.

A few leaves damaged at the beginning and the end of the volume.
