ff. 1r-96vTitle: Perush Be-midbarTitle: פרוש במדברFragment of an Arabic commentary on Numbers 19:4-23:16.
Includes a translation of the Hebrew text, being probably part of the shorter recension of Abu al-Faraj Furḳan's Commentary on the Pentateuch.
The longer recension of the commentary is quoted on chapters 19:15, 16, 22 and 21:17, folios 34v, 37v, 42v, 62v.
Quotes several Karaite authorities.
The Arabic translation is arranged in the following sections: chapters 20:1-13, 14-21, 20:22-21:3, 21:4-20, 21:21-22:1, 22:2-23:12.
Filiation: The translation of chapters 21:18-22, folios 57r and 63v, agrees with [BL] Or 2491 (Margoliouth, no. 93), folio 32r.Physical Description

The original numbering of quires 4-10 was 3-9.
Condition
Lacunae after folios: 12, 21, 31, 45, 48, 61, 115.Imperfect at the beginning and at the end. Lacuna after folio 95.
