History
Origin: 0500-1099 6th-11th centuryProvenance and Acquisition
This manuscript came from the Genizah in Cairo. In England there are also Genizah palimpsests (old Hebrew over Georgian) in both Cambridge and Oxford. They were published by professor Blake in the Harvard Theological Review (No. 3 July 1932). The BL MS is only a part of the other 2 manuscripts and it is much to be regretted that prof. Blake paid no regard to this MS in his otherwise very good contribution.
