Treatise on metempsychosis, different from the work of the same title by Ḥayim Vital, but showing many points of correspondence with the Sefer Gilgule neshamot by Menahem Azariah da Fano.

Also copied after Leḥem min ha-shamayim in other manuscripts (Washington, LOC, Hebr Ms. 1, Montefiore 340, [BL] Add MS 26937).

Ownership inscription on f. 1r: "יורשי כמ"ר זכריה פונטאנלה זצ"ל"

Ownership inscriptions(?) 'Io David Fontanella' (front flyleaf); 'Il Sig. Raffael' (back pastedown).

Moses Gaster (b. 1856, d. 1939), scholar and rabbi: his manuscript, Cod. G. 392a; purchased by the British Museum from him on 12 April, 1924; date of accession 16 March 1928.
