Hebrew foliation is erroneous: f. 118 and f. 119 are both numbered as f. קא; f. קיח has been skipped; f. קס comes after f. קכט, but there is no apparent lacuna in the text.

Ff. 166v and 168r are blank.

Unfoliated blank leaf after f. 160.
